2003 - Dan hanging out on a nice spring day. My mother purchased Dan as a yearling to show in NW Iowa Open Shows. A few years later, she began showing in the APHA circuit. Dan is as solid sorrel as they come. Dan's show career was over. We were looking for a trustworthy horse for my husband, so my mother generously gave us Dan as a Christmas present. He has happily taken up trail riding and pasture retirement ever since. Dan has traveled Iowa, Minnesota, IL, Wyoming, and Colorado. Dan has to be one of the smoothest horses I have EVER been on and he can go ALL day long! He is a like a Cadillac. My mother did an exceptional job training - he is a blast to ride! He's a 1 in a million horse that will NEVER leave here!
